Monthly Bills

Bills are calculated monthly based on meter size and volume for the service period.
Bills are due on the 20^th of each month. Postmark dates are honored for mailed payments.
You may pre-pay any amount and still receive a monthly statement. Statements show any credit balance, so you can send a payment when the balance gets low.
A 1% late fee per month will apply to all overdue bills.
A $25 fee will be added for returned checks.

Harrison Utilities customers automatically receive a sewer allowance on their utility bills from mid-April to mid-October. This allowance allows residential customers to use water for sprinklers, pool filling, etc., without being charged for water that does not enter the sanitary sewer system. The allowance amount is based on the average water usage from mid-October through mid-April.
