Harrison Utilities provides water & sanitary sewer services to over 2,850 customer connections within portions of the Village of Harrison, the City of Menasha, and the City of Appleton.

Harrison Utilities buys water from the City of Appleton Water Treatment Plant. It then travels over 52 miles of water mains to serve customers within the district.

Wastewater in the district travels through over 52 miles of sewer mains, is pumped via lift stations, and ends up at the Neenah-Menasha Wastewater Treatment Plant in Menasha.
