How it Works
1. Submit
Request a service or report an issue for matters like potholes, drainage, garbage & recycling, or other concerns.
2. Review
Once submitted, the appropriate Village department will review your request, assign the work, and schedule it accordingly.
3. Work
We're on it! Estimated times to complete requests vary by request type.
4. Update
If you provided an email address, you will receive updates on your request status.
